Ombudsman Andaluz recognizes citizenship to foreigners

In response to a complaint filed by Andalusia Welcomes against an Order of the regional government, which excluded the access to foreign aid related to access to Information Society and Knowledge, the Andalucian Ombudsman, coinciding with the argument of this entity, it is a broad interpretation of the right to citizenship of the foreign population with reference to the provisions of the Statute of Autonomy of Andalusia.

Andalusia Welcomes claim social participation of foreigners as the integration backbone
